Nicole Peaslee

Nicole Peaslee, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for North America at Ultra Maritime since June 2023, overseeing HR functions in a private equity-owned global defense manufacturing company with 2,300 employees. Prior to this role, Nicole held several HR leadership positions, including HR Director at Hollingsworth & Vose and Vice President of Human Resources at Shawmut Corporation. Nicole has extensive experience managing comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and labor relations, and previously worked across various industries from manufacturing to education. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Simmons University and professional certifications in Human Resources.
