Richard Rainwater

Richard Rainwater is an experienced professional in the field of environment, health, and safety, currently serving as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Ultra Maritime since March 2025. Prior roles include contributions as a Stormwater Advisory Commission member for the City of Statesville and Safety & Training Supervisor at Nelson Global. Richard has held several safety management positions at Golding Farms Foods, Inc., Ashley Furniture Industries, and Indiana Precision Forge, where responsibilities encompassed creating and improving EHS programs, conducting training, and managing safety operations. Richard's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Indiana State University and ongoing studies towards a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health at Eastern Kentucky University.
