Monika Hormaza

Monika Hormaza is an experienced program and product manager with a strong background in telecommunications and avionics. Currently serving as a Program Manager in the Program Management Office at Ultra Mobile since April 2021, Monika is responsible for overseeing hiring across the organization. Previously, Monika held positions at Panasonic Avionics Corporation, managing airline account programs and software deliverables for Boeing and Airbus, and at Sprint Nextel Corporation, where Monika led product launches for multiple handsets. Earlier roles included Senior Program Manager at Vitelcom Mobile Technology Inc., focusing on handset deployment in South America, and Market Development Manager at CONEXANT SYSTEMS, where Monika spearheaded ADLS deployment in Latin America and Europe. Monika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
