Lesly Montes is an experienced event production professional currently serving as a Partner at Collective Entertainment, Inc. since June 2023 and as a Production Consultant for Ultra Music Festival since February 2022. Montes also holds roles as an Event Producer for #iVoted Concerts, Riptide Music Festival, and Wet Mango Fest, focusing on enhancing attendee experiences and coordinating event logistics. As the Founder of Civil Noise, Montes designs immersive experiences and manages operations for various events. Prior experience includes events and promotions management at Audacy, Inc., and event production at Mastodon Productions. Montes holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Florida International University and a minor in Social Media and E-Marketing Analytics.
