Julie Utton has over three decades of experience in customer support and technical engineering within the aviation industry. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Aftermarket at Ultra PCS since October 1999, Julie has held multiple roles including Head of Customer Support and Customer Support Manager, providing internal technical support for various aircraft products. Prior experience includes a decade at AEM (Ametek MRO) as a Technical Support Engineer and involvement in a four-year apprenticeship focused on aircraft instrumentation. Julie holds several qualifications in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Harlow College and specialized engineering credentials from Harlow Industrial Training Centre, alongside business language skills from Hertford Regional College.
