Adrian Nunez has a diverse work experience in the field of business and legal affairs. Adrian started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Wachovia Securities, where they performed valuation and credit analysis for corporate clients. Adrian then interned at Moody's Corporation in the role of Corporate Finance Intern, assisting with credit diligence and analyzing financial statements.

Adrian then transitioned to the entertainment industry, joining Sony Music Entertainment as an Intern in Business and Legal Affairs. There, they drafted agreements and reviewed promotional materials to ensure compliance with trademark law. Adrian also worked as a Manager in Business & Legal Affairs Administration, where they drafted various agreements and ensured legal compliance for music videos and promotional campaigns.

Adrian later joined The Davis Firm as a Summer Associate, performing legal research and drafting various entertainment agreements. Adrian also revised portions of the firm's model recording agreement, focusing on entertainment rights.

Currently, Adrian holds the position of Director of Business and Legal Affairs at Ultra Records, where they oversee various legal and business matters within the company.

Throughout their career, Adrian has demonstrated strong legal expertise and an ability to draft and review contracts. Adrian has also showcased their analytical skills in the financial industry, particularly in investment banking and corporate finance.

Adrian Nunez completed a B.S. degree in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University from 2004 to 2008. Afterward, they attended Cardozo School of Law from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree with a concentration in Intellectual Property, Entertainment & Media Law.
