Japan Marketing manager at Ultra Records

Inaba Soichiro's work experience begins with their current role as the Founder of Tokyo Cozy, an agency that provides business coordination, music production, management, marketing support, creative production, and project management. INABA has worked on marketing support for artists such as Justin Bieber, Kid Cudi, and Calum Scott. INABA has also collaborated with various HIP HOP and DANCE MUSIC producers.

Prior to their role at Tokyo Cozy, Soichiro worked as the Japan Marketing manager for Ultra Records.

Before that, they worked at Avex Inc. as part of the Future of Music business development team, handling open innovation projects with overseas start-up companies and launching and localizing new products or services in Japan. INABA also developed annual and mid-term launch and sales strategies.

Soichiro's earlier experience includes working at Avex Entertainment Inc. in the Communication design unit as a Manager and in the promotion unit as a chief producer. INABA managed the total communication strategy for big festivals and live concerts, including ULTRA MUSIC FESTIVAL JAPAN, HOT 97 SUMMER JAM TOKYO, FUTURE HANABI ENTERTAINMENT "STAR ISLAND," Ed Sheeran DIVIDE WORLD TOUR 2019 Japan, and a-nation.

Prior to that, Soichiro worked at Red Bull in the Red Bull Air Race Chiba 2015 executive committee, where they gained experience in negotiations, marketing activities, and effective promotional strategies.

Their first professional role was in the PR department of Good Smile Company Ltd.

Inaba Soichiro studied at Keio University from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a degree in commerce at the School of Business.
