Cecilia Thurn

Cecilia Thurn has extensive work experience in HR and people development. Cecilia is currently the Head of HR and People Development at Ultra Tendency International since March 2021. Prior to this, Cecilia worked at McDonald's Deutschland LLC for over a decade, holding various roles including Senior Manager HR Apprenticeship National, Global Education Program Analyst, Manager Berufsausbildung und Duales Studium National, Specialist Training & People Development, MCCAFÉ Store Manager, and Assistant Store Manager.

Cecilia Thurn's education history began in 2006 when they completed their vocational training as a Fachfrau für Systemgastronomie at Brillat-Savarin-Schule. Cecilia then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Hotel and Tourism Management at Internationale Berufsakademie (iba) from 2008 to 2011. Following that, Cecilia enrolled at SRH Hochschule Heidelberg where they obtained a Master's degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie, Leadership und Management between 2011 and 2015. More recently, from 2020 to 2023, they attended Triagon to further their education and is scheduled to complete a Doctor's Degree in Personalities Psychology and Differential Psychology, with a focus on Business Administration.
