Caroline Fontaine

Caroline Fontaine has extensive experience in the legal field. Caroline began their career in 2004 as a Legal Counsel at Cabinet Beau de Loménie. In 2005, they joined Ubisoft as an In-House Lawyer, where they were responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. Caroline also had In-House Lawyer roles at JCDecaux and Avanquest Software. From 2009 to 2010, they were General Counsel at Total Immersion. From 2016 to 2019, they held the roles of Legal Director and Legal Manager EMEA at Kyriba. Most recently, they were Head of Legal at Ultra, a company bringing the blockchain revolution to the gaming industry.

Caroline Fontaine received their Master 1 in General Private Law from UVSQ Universit\u00e9 de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines in 2002-2003. Caroline then went on to receive their Master 2 in Business Law, with specialisation in Intellectual Property rights, from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology in 2003-2004.
