Martina Põldvere

Martina Põldvere has been working in the HR field since 2004. Martina began their career at Studio Lingua HR Agency as a Head / HR Professional / Professional Certified Coach, CPCC Executive Coach / Personal Coach. In 2009, they became the Head of Rocca al Mare Seminar. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Playtech Estonia as an HR Manager and then at Inbank AS as an HR Architect and Head of HR. In 2021, they became the Head of HR / Internal Coach at Reach-U. Currently, they are the Head of HR at Ultra, where they are responsible for initiating, designing, and leading HR processes in 31 countries.

Martina Põldvere has a Master of Education from the University of Tartu, obtained in 2004, and a degree in Philosophy from the University of Duisburg-Essen, obtained in 1994. Martina is currently enrolled in the Systemic Team Coaching Practitioner Program at the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI). In 2021, they obtained a Certified Coach from GTCI and participated in the Co-Active Training Institute's Synergy, Process, Balance, Fulfillment and Fundamentals courses. In 2020, they also participated in the Estonian Business School. Martina holds certifications from the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI), Co-Active Training Institute, and International Coaching Federation, obtained in 2021 and 2022.
