Paulo Lima

Paulo Lima has been working in the software engineering field since 2011. Paulo began their career as an intern at Tribunal de Justiça do Paraná, where they were responsible for developing internal systems and assisting users with terminal operations. In 2012, they worked as a software developer at Gateware and was involved in the development of the "Verify By Visa" project for the HSBC Internet Banking portal. Paulo then worked as a Senior System Analyst at BRQ and Capgemini, where they were responsible for the deployment and definition of new systems architectures and the migration of legacy systems. In 2016, they joined CINQ Technologies as a Software Engineer, where they worked on the engineering and development of the Passenger Flow Monitoring system. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Avaya as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for engineering and development of the Avaya Oceana Solution. Paulo currently works at Ultra as a Senior Software Engineer.

Paulo Lima received a Bachelor in Information System from the Sociedade Paranaense de Ensino e Informática - SPEI from 2011 to 2014 in the field of Information Technology. Paulo also attended the Colégio da Polícia Militar do Paraná from 2003 to 2010. In January 2019, they obtained a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf®.
