Ian Birch is an experienced engineering and facilities management professional with over two decades of expertise in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Engineering & Facilities Manager at Ultraframe UK Ltd since October 2016, Ian Birch previously held positions such as Facilities Engineering and Maintenance Manager at National Oilwell Varco, where Ian led a significant £27M relocation project, and Site Services & Operational HSE Manager at Actaris Metering Systems. Ian Birch began the career as a Project Engineer with Schlumberger, focusing on designing pressure reducing gas stations and maintaining quality systems to ISO standards. Ian Birch holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Computer Aided Engineering from The University of Huddersfield and multiple qualifications in engineering from Tameside College of Technology.
