Jeff Naven has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 1986, they served in the US Navy as a Lieutenant Commander, performing various roles in aircraft maintenance, aircrew training, combat mission planning, and safety. Jeff also earned a TOPGUN graduate designation during their time in the Navy.

After leaving the Navy, Jeff joined Honeywell Aerospace in 1998, where they held roles as a Product Manager, Plant Manager, and Sales & Marketing Lead until 2001.

In these roles, Jeff had responsibilities such as leading financial analysis and restructuring projects, managing budgets and expenses, and overseeing teams of finance professionals.

From 2012 to 2013, Jeff served as the Acquisition Integration Leader for the Mustafa Nevzat (MN) Pharmaceuticals acquisition, where they led the integration of key business processes to meet Amgen standards. Jeff also played a key role in integrating the Gene Therapy FP&A and Dimension departments into Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc.

Since 2014, Jeff founded their own consulting business, JWN Consulting, where they provided advisory services until 2016.

In March 2016, Jeff joined Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, managing the company's financial planning and analysis functions.

Jeff Naven holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University. Jeff also has an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. In addition, Jeff has a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification from Honeywell Aerospace. No specific dates of completion or other certifications have been provided.
