Juan Saldana

Juan Saldana is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and commercial operations, primarily in the Latin American market. Currently serving as Vice-President of LATAM Commercial Operations & Business Planning at Ultragenyx since April 2018, Juan has held multiple leadership positions, including Executive Director and Sr. Director roles focused on supply chain and business operations. Prior experience includes key roles at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Actavis, Covidien, Lexmark, and Bristol-Myers Squibb, where Juan successfully initiated process improvements, managed supply chain strategies, and developed S&OP processes. Juan holds certifications in Integrated Operations of Supply Chain Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and advanced degrees in international management and material management from Inter American University and American University, respectively.
