Latika Nair

Latika Nair currently serves as Executive Director of Commercial IT & Data Management at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc., where significant contributions include the development of an IT operation model in collaboration with the CIO and the establishment of a Technology Advisory Board. Prior to this role, Latika held various leadership positions at Actelion, including Senior Director of Commercial IT, where implementation of the Veeva CRM system enhanced sales efficiency. Latika's experience extends to Microsoft as Program Manager 2, where project management improvements in labor utilization were achieved, and to IBM Global Services as Senior Project Manager, leading critical projects for Visa Inc. Latika's career began at Mahindra British Telecom with significant accomplishments in data warehousing and CRM projects. Education includes a Master’s in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from Nowrosjee Wadia College.
