Lisa Helton

Lisa Helton has over 30 years of work experience in various roles in the pharmaceutical industry. Lisa is currently the Vice President and Head of PMO, Program and Portfolio Management at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. Lisa has held several leadership positions at Ultragenyx since 2018, including Executive Director and Senior Director in program and portfolio management. Prior to joining Ultragenyx, Lisa worked at Eli Lilly and Company for over 20 years, where they held roles such as Advisor/COO of the Global Immunology Development Team, Medical Affairs Director, and Director of Pharmaceutical Project Management. Lisa also has experience in project management consulting and curriculum development, having worked as a Consultant at Harrison College.

Lisa Helton obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Bowling Green State University, where they studied from 1988 to 1990. Prior to that, they attended Miami University from 1986 to 1988, although the degree name and field of study during that time are unknown. Lisa also holds additional certifications, including a Change Management Certification from Prosci (obtained year unknown) and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from The George Group and Eli Lilly and Company, obtained in 2005.
