Shay Bukshpan

Shay Bukshpan is an experienced executive in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as Vice President of EMEA Business Operations and General Manager of the Distributor Cluster at Ultragenyx since November 2022. Prior to this role, Shay worked at Minovia Therapeutics from August 2019 to July 2022, where responsibilities included Vice President of Corporate Development and Head of European Operations, contributing to innovative mitochondrial cell therapy solutions. Shay's extensive career at Biogen from February 2012 to July 2019 involved various leadership roles, including Regional Director for International Partner Markets and Biosimilars, with comprehensive P&L management across multiple regions. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD, an M.Sc. in Neuroimmunology from Weizmann Institute of Science, and a B.Sc. in Biology from Tel Aviv University.
