Teresa Chen

Teresa Chen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of internal audit and compliance. Teresa started their career at Ernst & Young LLP as a Manager, where they worked from September 2001 to October 2008. Following this, they joined Kaiser Foundation Health Plan as the SOX Compliance and Internal Control Lead, where they worked from June 2011 to May 2012. Teresa then gained valuable experience at Lucasfilm as an Internal Audit Manager from May 2012 to 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Internal Audit at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc., starting from February 2015.

Teresa Chen obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree in Finance from Capital University of Economics and Business between 1997 and 2001. Teresa then pursued a Master's Degree in Accounting from Golden Gate University from 2009 to 2010.
