Vimal Srivastava

Vimal Srivastava has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Vimal started their career in 1988 at Life Technologies, Inc as a Project Manager and worked there for 13 years. Vimal then joined Wyeth as a Sr. Project Manager for two years. In 2003, they became a Director at BioMarin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Vimal then moved to Amgen as the Director of Project Management from 2005 to 2008. Vimal worked as a Senior Director of Project Management at Elan from 2008 to 2010. Vimal then joined JANSSEN Alzheimer Immunotherapy as the Sr. Director of Project and Portfolio Management in 2010. Most recently, they have been working at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. since 2011, starting as the V.P of Product Development and is currently the SVP of Business Development and Alliance Management.

Vimal Srivastava obtained a Master of Science degree in Medicinal Chemistry from St. John's University from 1986 to 1988. Following that, they pursued a Master of Administrative Science degree in Management from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 1988 to 1990.
