Mathias Adam

Mathias Adam is an accomplished designer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in product design and development. Currently serving as a Scout at Andreessen Horowitz since August 2023, Mathias also founded Roze.im in June 2020, focusing on creating a shared space through a double opt-in instant messaging app. As a founder and designer at Ultrahuman since October 2019, Mathias has contributed to several projects, including advising and designing products for BeReal. from June 2021 to March 2024. Previously, Mathias held leadership roles such as Principal Designer at Kayrros and Blackpills, where responsibilities included overseeing the design for various platforms. A founding designer at Flat and Head of Product Design at Soundrop, Mathias has a strong educational background in Sustainable and Interactive Design from L'École de design Nantes Atlantique and a Licence from e-artsup.
