Manuella Oliveira

Manuella Oliveira has a diverse work experience in various industries. Manuella started as a Financial Analyst at IBM in 2005, then moved on to BTG Pactual as an Investment Analyst in 2006. Following that, they joined PDG Incorporadora e Construtora as the Head of Project Finance in 2007. In 2017, they transitioned to Omega Energia as the Head of People & Culture until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Talent Strategy at Ultrapar since 2023. Overall, Manuella has demonstrated expertise and growth in their career trajectory.

Manuella Oliveira completed their Undergraduate degree in Economics at Ibmec from 2001 to 2005. Manuella pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Financial and Economic Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they engaged in Executive Education programs specializing in various fields like Corporate Financial Management, Private Equity, and Valuation at institutions like Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and NYU Stern School of Business between 2015 and 2016.
