Jeff Toft SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a comprehensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jeff began their career at Associated Wholesale Grocers in 1996, where they served as the Director of Management Development for eight years. During their time there, they played a significant role in enhancing the development and training of management staff. In 2004, they transitioned to the position of Director of Member Services, where they excelled in providing exceptional service to members. In 2006, they joined UltraSource as their Director of Human Resources, where they continue to demonstrate their expertise in managing human resources functions effectively. Jeff Toft's work experience reflects their dedication to the field and their ability to adapt to different roles and responsibilities.

Jeff Toft SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from The University of New Mexico. Jeff also completed a Post Graduate - Food Industry Program at the University of Southern California.
