Jim Harte has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Jim started their career at Bendix/Allied-Signal/Honeywell in 1980 as a Senior Project Engineer, where they worked until 1993. During their time there, they gained valuable skills and knowledge in project management and engineering. In 1993, Jim joined ULTRASOURCE LLC as their Chief Engineer. At ULTRASOURCE LLC, they focused on food packaging equipment design and manufacturing. This included designing and manufacturing various equipment such as vacuum packaging systems, tray sealing systems, labeling equipment, shrink tunnels, dip tanks, smokehouses, and related controls. Jim has a solid background in engineering, project management, and food packaging equipment design and manufacturing.
Jim Harte obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from CMSU between 1977 and 1980. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1980 to 1985.
