Akshit Gandhi

Akshit Gandhi is an accomplished professional in mergers and acquisitions with extensive experience in the cement and finance industries. As the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at UltraTech Cement since February 2022, Akshit has successfully led significant acquisitions, including stakes in RAK White, Kesoram Industries, and Burnpur Cement, and is currently overseeing the acquisition of India Cements. Prior to UltraTech Cement, Akshit served as General Manager at Ambuja Cements Ltd., and held senior positions at Kotak Mutual Fund and Aviva India, among others. Akshit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a CFA charterholder, having completed all three levels of the CFA program.
