Avinash Dutta

Avinash Dutta is an accomplished professional in the cement industry, currently serving as the Head of Department and Assistant General Manager at UltraTech Cement since March 2024. Previously, from January 2020 to March 2024, Dutta held the position of Head of Department for DH Pre Clinkerization at Dalmia Bharat Group, alongside dual roles as Deputy Manager overseeing SH Pre Clinkerization line 2 and Plant Optimization and AFR management. Dutta's extensive career at UltraTech Cement from July 2010 to January 2020 included positions as Assistant Manager in process optimization, Senior Engineer for kiln and refractory management, and Engineer focusing on cement and slag grinding systems, starting as a Graduate Engineering Trainee. Dutta holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Raipur Institute of Technology, completed in 2010.
