Garima Bihani

Garima Bihani is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, employee relations, and human resource leadership. Currently serving as the HR Head for RMC and Key Accounts at UltraTech Cement since July 2017, Garima leads the integration of UltraTech Cement and Century Textiles' Cement Division, overseeing HR operations for over 2,500 permanent employees. Prior to this role, Garima successfully managed employee relations for a greenfield project, ensuring compliance for approximately 30,000 contract workers, and handled post-acquisition processes for significant industry mergers. Garima has also held HR leadership roles at Aditya Birla Management Corporation and Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, focusing on employee development and capability building. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi.
