Kannan Karuppiah

Kannan Karuppiah is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing and corporate sectors. Currently serving as VP and Head of IT - Manufacturing at UltraTech Cement, Kannan has previously held the role of Chief Information Officer at Epsilon Carbon Pvt Ltd and has a substantial background at Shell as Head IT - Retail India & Oman. Kannan has demonstrated expertise in implementing innovative IT solutions, managing large-scale projects, and optimizing IT assets across various organizations including ADP, HSBC, Wipro Technologies, and Tech Mahindra. Kannan holds an Executive Post Graduate Programme in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Thiagarajar College of Engineering.
