Saurabh Mitra

Saurabh Mitra has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Section Head of Talent Management, OD, and OE at UltraTech Cement since April 2018. Prior roles include Recruitment and Rewards Officer, where Saurabh focused on manpower planning, and Employee Life Cycle Assistant Officer, managing HR processes such as onboarding and performance management systems. Previously, Saurabh was a Senior Executive in HR at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, overseeing HRIS, employee engagement, and recruitment. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Consultant for Dimensions HRD Consultants, focusing on recruitment in the BFSI industry, and a trainee role at Oerlikon, specializing in training and development. Saurabh holds a PGDM in HR and Marketing from Galgotias Business School.
