Snehaa Surushe

Snehaa Surushe has a work experience that spans across various companies and roles. Snehaa started their career as a Recruitment Executive at Heritage Personnel Placement Services in 2013. From there, they moved on to SHRINIVAS ELECTRICALS GTD PVT LTD, where they worked as an HR Executive from 2014 to 2016. Snehaa then joined Hindustan Unilever Limited as an HR professional from 2016 to 2019. Following this, they joined General Mills as a Senior Executive in Human Resources from 2019 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Section Head HR at UltraTech Cement, starting from 2023.

Snehaa Surushe earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Gulbarga University, which they attended from 1996 to 1999. Following this, they pursued a Masters in Personnel Management (MPM) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at the University of Pune from 2011 to 2013.
