Tara Sharma

Tara Sharma currently serves as Co Coordinator for the Academic Committee at IIM Raipur, where responsibilities include creating and implementing a Standard Operating Procedure for the Elective Bidding Process, launching an Academic Assistance Plan to promote inter-batch collaboration, and spearheading placement preparation sessions for over 700 students. As a Junior Executive Member, Tara coordinated with the Chairman of PGP to facilitate academic operations and organized a Lean Six Sigma Certification Course for over 90 students. Tara is also a Human Resources Summer Intern at UltraTech Cement, focusing on designing an induction program and conducting research to improve onboarding processes. Previously, as Project Head for the National Service Scheme at LSR, Tara managed a team of over 35 volunteers and successfully raised funds for animal welfare initiatives. Tara holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur and a BA in Economics and Computer Applications from Lady Shri Ram College For Women.
