Vikas Verma

Vikas Verma is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience across multiple industries, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at UltraTech Cement since May 2018. In this role, Vikas oversees HR, ER, Admin, CSR, and related functions for a large workforce of over 2,000 employees. Previously, Vikas held senior roles at Balasore Alloys Limited as General Manager of Human Resources, and at KONE Elevators India Pvt Ltd as Regional Head of Human Resources, managing HR and administrative functions for significant employee groups across various regions. Vikas began the career in industrial relations at Anant Spinning Mill and built a robust foundation in HR at Tata Communications, contributing to its transformation into a global telecom entity. Vikas holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service.
