Yogesh Dwivedi

Yogesh Dwivedi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Yogesh recently worked at UltraTech Cement as an Assistant Vice President HR. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior General Manager IR/ER at UltraTech Cement Limited Unit Baga Cement Works. Yogesh also served as the General Manager HR at UltraTech Cement Limited Unit Aditya Cement Works. Before joining UltraTech Cement, they were the General Manager HR Integration (M&A) at UltraTech Cement. Earlier in their career, they worked at UltraTech Cement Awarpur Cement works as an Assistant General Manager in the HR department. Yogesh also held the position of Section Head (HRD) at Viram Cement Works (UltraTech Cement Limited). Yogesh started their career at Birla White as a Section Head in the Corporate Social Responsibility/HR department. Prior to that, they worked as a Block Program Coordinator at Aajeevika Bureau- Udaipur (Livelihood Services to Migrant Labour), where they were responsible for managing various programs and services related to migration, financial support, research, and training and placement for youth.

Yogesh Dwivedi has pursued a diverse range of educational qualifications. In 2003, they attended Udaipur School of Social Work and completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialization in Development Management. From 2010 to 2013, they studied at Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning (SCDL) and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources Management. Continuing their education, in 2012, they attended SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, where they completed a one-year program and was awarded a Post Graduate Certificate in Development Management, with a specialization in Social Marketing and Managing CBOs. Additionally, in 2015, they enrolled in Middle Earth HR and obtained certifications in Certified Instructional Designer and Certified HR Analytics and Metrics Professional.
