Ernest Vasquez

Ernest Vasquez, MBA has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ernest started their career at USAA in 2000, where they worked as an Account Service Specialist I /Investment Operations Analyst until 2006. Ernest then joined the International Bank of Commerce as a Programmer Analyst for a brief period from 2006 to 2007. Following that, they worked at Accenture as a Sr. Programmer Analyst from 2007 to 2010. Since 2011, Ernest has been with UT Health San Antonio, where they progressed from a Manager - HR Information Systems to Director, HR Operations and HRIS, and currently holds the position of Senior Director, HR Operations and HRIS.

Ernest Vasquez, MBA completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Information Systems from the University of the Incarnate Word. Ernest later pursued their Master of Business Administration degree, specializing in Human Resources, from the same university. In 2016, they also obtained the certification of Oracle Applications Customer Connect - Green Ribbon Member from Oracle.
