Ltd, where they gained hands-on experience with industrial tools and machines. In 2018, they worked as a web developer at Error Technologies, focusing on front-end and backend development for a real estate website.

In 2019, Akhilesh joined METMOX as a Network Operations Center Analyst, responsible for proactively monitoring and managing global networking equipment across 200 global sites. Akhilesh worked on various tools such as PaloAlto, Solarwinds, IPAM, NetScout, Splunk, Devo, SD-WAN Velocloud, MIST Juniper Wireless Cloud Architecture, and Cisco ISE.

In 2021, METMOX was acquired by Achieve Cyber Security Solutions India Pvt Ltd, and Akhilesh transitioned into the role of a Network Operations Center Engineer.
