John Buxbaum

John Buxbaum is an experienced Network Security Engineer currently employed at UltraViolet Cyber since June 2023, focusing on network transformation projects for Proctor and Gamble. Prior to this role, John served as a Network Engineer III at CBTS where responsibilities included ordering equipment, circuit design, and documentation. Experience at Baker & Taylor involved daily network and security management across three continents utilizing various technologies such as Ecessa SD-WAN and Palo Alto Firewalls. With a substantial tenure at AT&T from 1997 to 2017, John played key roles in end-to-end network engineering, site migrations, and the establishment of a Center of Excellence for installation engineering. John also served in the United States Air Force, maintaining Air Traffic Control systems. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Cyber Security from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Caldwell University.
