Basheer Kalanchera

Basheer Kalanchera is an experienced professional in delivery operations and product development. Currently serving as the Head of Delivery Operations at UL Technology Solutions since April 2023, Basheer previously founded Naadan Fresh, holding the role of Chief Product Officer from January 2020 to March 2023. Basheer's extensive background at UST, spanning from September 2001 to December 2018, includes multiple managerial and consulting positions, such as Onsite Engagement Manager and Digital Services Consultant. Earlier in Basheer's career, a tenure at CGI from August 1993 to August 2001 involved various roles, including Onsite Project Manager and Software Engineer. Basheer holds an Executive Post Graduate Program (EPGP) from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
