Erika Mayer

Erika Mayer-Andersson is an experienced service and UX designer with a diverse background in various consulting roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Erika is serving as a Service Designer and UX Designer at Umain for Scania/Traton Group, focusing on research and design for an internal platform to enhance employee experience for developers. Previous positions include Design Director for the Espresso House app redesign, Research & Insights Lead at Polestar, and various service design roles for public sector projects at Arbetsförmedlingen and Migrationsverket. Erika has also held consulting positions at multiple firms, including SCRIIN and Claremont AB, contributing to significant UX and service design projects for clients such as Vattenfall and Adlibris. Erika's educational background includes a degree in Interactive Art Direction from Hyper Island and a diploma in Advertising/Graphic Design from Beckmans Designhögskola.
