Kenji Narushima

Kenji Narushima currently serves as Senior Director at Ridecell and holds multiple roles in various organizations, including Chief Strategy Officer and Chief of Staff at CARRO, Co-Founder of Umi Labs, and Strategic Advisor for Fando, Umami Bioworks, Novelship, OneCarNow!, BuzzAR, and others. Narushima is also a Web3 Venture Partner at Cydonia Capital and serves on the Advisory Board of CORE POWER (UK) Ltd. Educationally, Narushima earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Tsinghua University and completed an Executive Program on Leading Digital Transformation and Innovation at INSEAD. Narushima holds a Bachelor's degree in Slavic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.
