Louis Lenaerts

Louis Lenaerts is a Belgian entrepreneur and business consultant. Louis is currently the Head of Growth and Co-Founder at uman.ai, a Belgian startup that uses AI to help businesses automate their customer service. Prior to uman.ai, Louis was a Senior Business Development Manager at StoryMe, a video production company, and Sales Manager at GUIDOOH - GUIDO n.v., a Belgian software company. Louis has also worked in new business development at Panama Group, where they specialized in sales outsourcing for renowned companies such as Unilever, RSC Anderlecht, and Lactalis.

Louis Lenaerts has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports Studies from HOGENT. Louis is certified by the International Surfing Association (ISA) as a Surfcoach.
