Jenna McGowan has extensive experience in both the legal and educational fields. As an ITM Agent at UMassFive College Federal Credit Union since April 2017, Jenna engages with clients in a financial services capacity. Prior to this role, Jenna worked as a Paralegal at Curran & Berger LLP Immigration Law Offices, where responsibilities included reviewing immigration documents and client communication. Additionally, experience as a Teacher with the New York City Department of Education included working in bilingual special education classrooms, complemented by earlier support as a Teaching Assistant at Project Forward Leap. Jenna holds a Master of Science in Bilingual Special Education from The City College of New York and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Spanish from Mount Holyoke College.

Our members include employees, students, and family members of the University of Massachusetts and the Five College systems. We also serve several smaller local educational and service organizations.
