Megan Lagoy's work experience began in 2011 at TD, where they worked as a Teller until 2012. Megan then joined UMassFive College Federal Credit Union in 2012 and held various positions, including Call Center Representative, Member Service Specialist, Contact Center Supervisor, Contact Center Manager, AVP of Call Center and ITM Department, AVP of Retail Services, and currently, they are serving as the Assistant Vice President of Loan Operations.
Megan Lagoy completed their high school education at Holyoke High School from 2003 to 2007, earning a High School Diploma. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2012, they attended Springfield College, where they pursued studies in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.

Our members include employees, students, and family members of the University of Massachusetts and the Five College systems. We also serve several smaller local educational and service organizations.
