Shelby Downey

Shelby Downey possesses extensive experience in the financial services and hospitality industries. Currently serving as a Cash Management Specialist at UMassFive College Federal Credit Union since February 2020, Shelby has also held roles as Lead Member Service Specialist and Member Service Specialist within the same organization.
