Kelly Jobes

Kelly Jobes, PE is a Senior System Engineer at Umatilla Electric Cooperative. Previously, Kelly worked as a System Engineer at Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative and as an Electrical Engineer at PacifiCorp. Kelly has experience in creating and maintaining construction work plans, supervising substation departments, and evaluating new technologies in the power industry. Kelly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho and an Associate's Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Blue Mountain Community College.
