Maureen McGrath

Maureen McGrath currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of UMCHS, Inc. since January 2015, overseeing a large organization that operates across 11 eastern Oregon counties with a significant workforce of 230 staff and over 200 volunteers, dedicated to supporting children and their caregivers for lifelong learning and success. Prior to this role, Maureen held the position of Division Director and Agency Director at Catholic Charities from July 2002 to December 2014, where responsibilities included leading Child Welfare Services in Eastern Washington, driving innovative program designs, and fostering partnerships to address the needs of vulnerable children and families while implementing best practices in child welfare.
