Charlie Hayes-Newington

Charlie Hayes-Newington is an experienced professional currently serving as a Principal Consultant at UMATR, focusing on bespoke recruitment solutions in the tech sector since March 2024. In addition to this role, Charlie also co-organizes events for Rust Matters, starting in March 2024.
