Jessica Rose

Jessica Rose is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and benefits management. Currently serving as an HR Systems Consultant at UMB Bank since January 2023, Jessica has previously held roles such as Senior HR Systems Analyst and Benefits Administrator at Helzberg Diamonds, Benefits Specialist at Polsinelli, and Human Resources Specialist at Security Benefit. Additionally, Jessica has worked as a Compensation Administrator at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas and gained valuable experience during service in the United States Air Force as Personnel Human Resources. Jessica holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources, both from Baker University.
