Rashad Evans has had a diverse work experience over the years. Rashad began their professional career as a MMA fighter in 2004 and continued in this role until September 2022. Along the way, they achieved notable milestones such as being inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame in 2019. Additionally, Rashad served as a commentator and analyst for ESPN, providing insights and analysis on MMA events. In 2017, they co-founded Umbo, a company that specializes in functional mushroom supplements to improve athlete performance and recovery. Most recently, in 2022, Rashad joined Naturals2Go Healthy Vending as a Professional Athlete and Business Ambassador, where they help athletes and professionals start successful healthy vending businesses.

Rashad Evans' education history includes obtaining their B.A. in Psychology from Michigan State University from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Niagara County Community College from 1998 to 2000, majoring in Liberal Arts.
