Kyle McCloud

Kyle McCloud currently serves as a Customer Engagement Manager at Umbra since May 2023, following a role as a Customer Service Representative. In addition, Kyle is the Owner of Back Paddle Brewing, a venture established in January 2018 that involves managing a successful brewery and restaurant. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Imagery Analyst at Serco-wbb, where Kyle led the Special Capabilities Team for the Army Space and Missile Defense Command, and as the All Source Target Development Lead at Leidos, overseeing intelligence operations for multinational coalitions. Additional roles include Senior Imagery Analyst at MacAulay-Brown, Inc. and a Culinary Apprentice at the University of Notre Dame. Kyle's military background as an Intelligence Specialist with the United States Department of the Navy includes extensive all-source and imagery analysis. Currently, Kyle is pursuing a degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at Ivy Tech Community College.
