Chrl Lynne Berwick

Lynne Berwick, CHRL, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various roles and industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Umbrella Family and Child Centres of Hamilton since May 2023, Lynne oversees HR operations for a not-for-profit child care center operator. Previously, Lynne worked at Banyan Community Services as a Labour Relations/HR Specialist, providing comprehensive HR support in the Youth Justice sector. Lynne's extensive experience includes positions as Manager of Human Resources at Holstein Canada, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, employee engagement, and health & safety, and roles at Medisys as a Senior HR Advisor, West Park Healthcare Centre as an HR Representative, and Canadian Hearing Services as an HR Administrator.
