Courtney Potts

Courtney Potts, CHRL, currently serves as the Director of Operations and Director of Human Resources at Umbrella Family and Child Centres of Hamilton since January 2019. Prior to this role, Courtney held various positions, including Director of Human Resources, Manager of Human Resources, and Human Resources & Payroll Coordinator at the Canadian Deafblind Association Ontario Chapter from November 2007 to January 2019. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of human resources policies, recruitment processes, and employee relations support. Courtney is pursuing a Not for Profit Leadership Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Ontario Tech University and has a background in education from Mohawk College.
